5 Night Christmas Holidays
The newly featured five night Christmas itinerary departing 22 December is available in the resorts of Levi and Yllasjarvi to complement the existing four night itineraries available over Christmas in these resorts as well as the resort of Saariselka. Departures are available from Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham (Levi and Yllas). Prices are from £985 per adult and £819 per child.
Lapland Holidays
Cosmos' 2007 Lapland programme is the largest to date offering day trips, 3, 4 and 5 night stays on a choice of dates in December in the resorts of Saariselka, Levi Fell and Yllasjarvi with departures from Gatwick, Manchester or Birmingham. Prices for day and durational trips include the hire of ski boots and ski suits.
Lapland Day Trips
Day trips are available on a choice of dates and are inclusive of ski boots/suits, all activities (toboggan, reindeer, husky dog and snowmobile rides plus a trip to Santa's Post Office, a present from Santa and buffet lunch). Prices lead in at £359 per adult and £320 per child.
Lapland Accommodation
The range of accommodation offered with the five night New Year Adventure departing on 27 December has also been expanded to include the Hotel & Apartments K5 in the resort of Levi Fell with prices starting from £905 per adult and £725 per child.
The price includes reindeer, toboggan, snowmobile, husky dog rides as well as a New Year's Eve Gala Feast. Optional activities include ski-ing, snowmobile safaris and ice fishing.
Durational trips in Saariselka, Levi Fell and Yllasjarvi are offered on a full board basis with a range of activities, ski boots/suits, a visit to see Santa, an Arctic Circle Ceremony, Christmas Gala Feast and a present for each person. Prices for a three night trip start from £709 per adult and £595 per child.
Newly introduced in December, 2006, the resort of Saariselka offers an alternative to the better known resort of Levi and is suitable for children of all ages. The resort offers the chance of trying the lesser known activities such as tandem skiing, snow shoe walking and snow hockey as well as the more traditional activities of husky dog, reindeer, toboggan, snowmobile rides. A three night break in Saariselka starts from £799 per adult and £605 per child.
